Change title?

When creating a new ad, I want to change
Ad Title
Select Category
Tags
Description
But is not showing up on the Manage Custom Field, How can I change this? My site is intended to be in Spanish, thanks in advance.

 

You can change or translate these text through po file.

Go to library > text_domains >template_path.php present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below
