Can't download theme in member area

    i am trying to download the theme but there is no option for downloading in member section

    Hello,

    I have just uploaded required files to your member account,

    Just visit your members area: https://www.inkthemes.com/members/member

    Get download the zip file of your theme along with JSON and XML files.

    Now, visit your WordPress Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New->Upload

    Upload & activate the theme, by using our import export plugin, you can upload the demo contents (XML and JSON).

    I am facing the same issue. I type in the theme name in the "downloads" search bar in the member area but nothing comes up. I tried this with three themes so far -- none of them are showing up. Please help!

    Hi there, I'm sorry, but I am having the same issue despite following your instructions in this thread. I was able to download the ButterBelly theme but now am not seeing any other theme I search come up in the member area -- I tried Ombrello, PetsZoo, TrailerCourts and a variety of others with no luck. Please assist me as my $15 monthly bill is coming up in two days and so far I've had nothing but frustration with InkThemes. I bought an all acess account so I could download whatever I needed and so far nothing has been as easy as it should be.

    Actually these are colorway theme templates, so when you will search these templates you will get the Colorway theme.

    Just download the theme and you will get these templates inside the theme.
