Can not get into theme option

Hi, I am no longer able to get into theme options to change anything on the home page.

I am attaching a screen shot.

The site started to work again, I don't know why. But I still can not get into theme option to change anything.

The email from wordpress said something about an issue with the theme. But I don't know what, nothing was changed. Only a PHP update, which was a few days ago, and it has been working ok since then.

Do you know what is causing this.
Can I ask about this issue with the site maps.
I have quite a few sites using Appointway, they are all ok with the site map, but I still have one that is not:

Is this something I can fix myself, or is it technical?

I have looked to see how to make this zip file. I can't understand how to do that.
Can you tell me how please.

Also, I am worried that I will need to change lots of things when I upload the new theme.
Can you tell me that it will not make too much difference to the web site.

I've tried to contact support three times about this same issue. Twice through the contact form from my account and once replying to an email when support helped previously fix the theme. Please can someone help me resolve this critical error?
I have support license until June 2021
