Bought Goodsmart Theme but failed to import demo content

Every time I try importing the demo content it fails to import. You havent provided no documentation nothing to help. Could you provide me with some assistance please.

We provide JASON and XML files along with theme ZIP and Import Export plugin.

You need to install the ZIP, then the plugin then download and import the JASON and XML files

You will get the theme as shown in the Demo.

If you still face any problem in doing so, we will do it for you. To make the required changes, we need access to your dashboard.

Hello.. followed steps in video.. used import-export plug in and imported files.. However, Not all demo content is available. Menu's don't match, images, posts, etc..
