Blog section does not work on home page

Hi, i can´t switch on the blog section on the home page. I want to use it for showing news. It will be a company website so it is important to have this feature. url: http://www.media-setup.de/abs/

Homepage shows the blog post of your theme that contain image, Create a post with an image, It will automatically display at your home page.
