Any issues with updating the Sale Junction theme?

Greetings!

I have a client who has been having some issues with the checkout process: sometimes the shipping fee won't be added to the order. Or it eliminates the shipping option and reverts to pick-up in person.

Questions:

1. Could this issue possibly be related to an outdated theme?
2. Has anyone had any problems in the update process of Sale Junction; i.e., the site breaking after updating? Or is the update process typically smooth? [I ask because I don't want to cause more problems than he's already experiencing.]

The issues you are facing might be because of the outdated version of the theme, so I would suggest you to download the latest version of the theme from member's area.

Also, I would like to let you know that there's no such issue with the theme and the feature of addition of shipping fee works perfectly.
