Administrator is not receiving emails upon appointment request

    I have set up admin email at
    Appointments Advance Settings/Reminder Email Settings =>
    Administrator Notification Email.
    However i am not getting notification email when someone requests an apportionment.


    Please help me.

    i have checked spam and everything. I am not getting any emails.

    I need help with this too. Theme allows admin to get a notification 7 days before the appointment. But we want the notification IMMEDIATELY, as soon as user submits form request. And we want email notifications to more than 1 admin. Is this possible?

    We need this thread link to configure the issue as there are so many issues at email and it becomes very difficult to figure out a particular issue among them...

    I am also having this issue .. admin not receiving appointment notifications .. AND I would like to add additional address for the notification emails to go to
