Add Captcha to Registration page

How do I add Recaptcha to registration page?

I have tried multiple Captcha plugins, and none of them show up on the custom registration page.

Hello,

Recaptcha is added in the updated theme (SaleJunction WordPress Theme v1.1.5). Please download theme again from your members area and upload it. It will resolve this issue.

Instead of just Uploading, is there a way to Upgrade, so I don't loose all of my settings and content?

Hello Don,

While uploading theme your settings and theme option content will remain intact. Your php file customization will lost.
So you can use child theme to save your custom changes.
