Attached is a screen shot where it says that my ad has expired. I set the settings so ads expire after 20 years. Why does it say that it has expired?

I do not want them ever to expire. How do I make it so they never expire? Why did this one expire although I set it for 20 YEARS? How do I set it so that ads never expire?

Also, I added 2 images to that ad and only 1 is appearing on the slider. Is that because I added it after it expired?

Thank you Gourav! Final questions…. what is the longest that an ad can stay active? By leaving it blank, when will that make an ad expire?

    Hello,

It takes the same time period that you have enter in "Ad Active Period" in your dashboard > Settings > Pricing.

    Thanks & Regards

So, can I make it 500 years or 10,000 years? What do you recommend if I do want it to be active forever?

    Hello,

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry.

    Thanks & Regards

What is the longest that it can stay active? Can you please provide me with a number / length of time? It provides me an area to input years. However, you say that I can not input 500 years.

    Please answer both questions:

    1. What is the exact maximum limit of time currently? With does the current code allow for?

    2. How much will you charge me for the custom code?

    Hello,

It is 25 years and it is WordPress default maximum time for any custom post, So it is not possible to change that limit. I hope you can understood.

    Thanks & Regards

    1. I created a test ad and it says that it has expired around 1 minute after I published it. I erased the expiry date. I left it blank. Can you log on to the back end and take a look? I want to learn what I did wrong.

    2. How do I renew an expired ad?

Attached is a screen shot. You can see that al of my ads are expired

    Hello,

We have checked your dashboard and find that problem is happening due to listing expiry date.
It means if user is creating listing from frontend then there is no need of add expiry date in listing edit area but if admin create listing from backend then expiry date is also cumpulsory.
So, please add expiry date if you create listing from backend
    This will solve your issue.

    Thanks & Regards
