About internet explorer responsive small width

Hey,

I have few questions about internet explorer (IE11) in small width version...

I have a lot of error only in internet explorer small width design :
- Homepage : main navigation got a blue line extending on the right
- Homepage : Slider images are not rezised correctly.
- Homepage : i have a trouble with cirlce content...
- Homepage : footer is not centered with the grid above.
- Other page : main navigation is not the same size as the slider is. Pay attention that the slider on homepage and the other page dont got the same width. (but i have fix the design in chrome etc..)
- Other page : 'Nos offres special', dont get the top margin as chrome (see the trouble in 'L'Hotel' page, below the movie)

I want to fix this, but without affecting mozilla or chrome etc... witch work fine.
But do i have to ? Does some smartphone or pad use IE ? As i know windows smart phone use IE6Mobile (witch i try to download to see if its 'read' the code the same way as desktop version but i dont find how to download and use or emule it on pc)
