When i click on sign in (next to the add video buton) it redirects to video upload page! how can i change it so it will redirect to log in page

Thank you i created menu in menu option and clicked tick on the main menu still its not showing one the top.
How i will add menus on the left side (inside red mark) and i want to change name "dashbord" to "my profile" how i will do it?
