Menu duplication below footer

I somehow have what appears to be text version of the top menu duplicating everything under the footer.

I do not want this menu to appear at the bottom of the site.

I have tried to place and remove the tick mark under menu for "Footer Menu" with no avail.

Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS

.bottom_footer_content .footer_nav {
display: none;
}
