I have a client that currently has the colorway lite theme and upgrading to the colorway pro theme which I just purchased for his completed website. What is the best way to upgrade to the colorway pro without losing the data and all the pages that have been created. Please advise with a step by step workaround on the upgrade. I could not find any documentation. Appreciate anyone's help on this.
Can you please explain how you can view both control panels at once (lite and pro)? This information is the key to copying and pasting all the data for the theme, and yet it is not explained at all in the video. Thanks.
Hello, Before upgrading theme. Open theme option panel of lite theme in a new tab and then upgrade your theme. Then open pro theme option panel. Click "Restore down" option and set this tab at the half of the window as shown in the image attached. And follow same for pro theme option panel tab. Thanks & Regards Nitesh Raghuwanshi
