Hi we bought WP Biz bundle Ink themes- Colorway on 2/13/2019 thinking it was fantastic. . We very much wish to use the product. Unfortunately while installing the download there is an error message which says: The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2019/03. Why is that? How is it to be fixed. The product was downloaded to desk top just as suggested in the video? We bought the upgrade as well, But it is not working. Need help

We have watched your videos a few times, The downloaded files re not loading on to WP; We have been trying for several days now. The green bar during installation is not happening. So yes we need help.
