Wordpress Tagline Showing As Meta Description on Home Page

Can you please advise how I can stop the WP tagline showing as the Meta Description for the Home Page? I also using Yoast SEO on the site, but of course cannot access Home Meta Description. A meta description is set in Theme Options and that's what needs to be displayed.

To set Tagline go to Dashboard-->>Appearance-->>Customize-->>Site Title & Tagline
you can even refer the below image:

Praveen, you don't seem to get it!

I have already used the SEO Option in Theme Options and want to know why it is not being displayed in the Home Page Meta Description. Currently, the Home Page Meta Description is showing the WP Tagline. Please provide a fix, so that, the Home Page Meta Description will display the details recorded with the Theme Options SEO Section!

I have checked "Poloray Theme" at our end and the description is correctly reflecting in the meta tag.

Please download and install a fresh copy of the theme from the members area.

If the issue still persists, you can use the "Wordpress Yoast" plugin.
