WooCommerce Integration

The NPO I do work for wants to integrate WooCommerce, and we're currently using your theme. Before I go about trying to do it the simple "loop" way they suggest, would you be able to tell me what changes to make to which files to do this the proper way they describe?

Hello Praveent,

This is the "non-recommended" easy way that WooCommerce mentions in the link I posted. I've already done it, and experienced an issue with formatting. Here is what the products page looks like when I do this, you can see the header background image carries through the text, unlike with other pages. Here is what it looks like:
