Where's the theme?

I recently purchased Auto Mechanic WordPress Theme (WoodPecker Theme) and there is no way to download it in my members area.

A lot of people seem to be having this problems.

I'm not very happy that I paid for the theme and I am unable to download it.

I've uploaded a screenshot of my admin area.

I put aside time today to work on this site.

Not a good service.
