When updating Country to something other than US, the State dropdown does not update

I noticed that international users will have an issue when trying to save addresses. After changing the country to something other than United States, the State (required field) does not update to the states located in that country (it still shows US states). How can I fix this issue?

I figured out the issue, apparently the "Woocommerce Multiple Addresses" was causing the issue. Is there any plugins or code that you could suggest that would give users the ability to have multiple addresses for billing/shipping that will work with SalesJunction. Our customers often have multiple ship-to addresses. Thanks so much,

Woo commerce is a power full plugin for this feature.
So have no suggestions for Multiple Address. Theme checked with woo commerce but if you use any other plugin it may generate issues.
