Hello We have a plug-in called 'counterize' which shows who has looked at your website and which pages. A substantial number of people seem to be viewing pages with the words 'fancy box shadow' in the titles. When we open these links ourselves the page is not found, just a stupid message saying 'This is somewhat embarrassing, isn't it' 'It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching, or one of the links below, can help'. Therfore customers to our website aren't finding the pages of our website and we are losing business. Can you help!

Thank you for your reply. Below is typical link of what comes up as a page. It seems that it is when pepople are using Internet Explorer 8.0 The URL's are all the same apart from the endings which differ:- sw.png ne.png n.png etc. http://northheadborough.co.uk/fancybox/fancy_shadow_nw.png Any Ideas to sort this out would be welcome.
