My website looks fine on mobile devices, and looks ok on an iPad when viewed in landscape form, but when viewed in profile the white part of the website is not centred on the background image. Please can you tell me how to fix this?

Sorry I don't understand, support staff member, Nitesh advised to " download updated theme from your members area and upload it. It will work fine." - if I do this, will it change anything on my current website, like the appearance, all the css coding etc etc....?
Hello, Your theme option content and custom css code will remain intact while the Theme update but if you have make changes in php files (like header.php, sidebar.php ,footer.php..etc.) of theme then you will loss your changes while the Theme update. To avoid this loss you can use child Theme.
