Video upload and not playing error

Hi,
I increased the video upload size and even after I am not able to upload the videos from my computer more than a specific size.And even if i upload some videos I am not able to play those videos.
Can you please help me regarding?

Mostly such type of issues occur because of wrong permalink. If you have added custom permalink then remove it and use default permalink (Settings > Permalinks panel) in your dashboard.
It will resolve this issue. If not then please provide us your website link so that we can check your issue.

Maximum upload limit is 10MB of your website and you are uploading the video more than 10MB, due to which this issue is occurring.
So this is not the theme issue.
Contact with your service provider and asked to increase the upload limit of your website as per your requirement.
This will solve your issue.
