Video Thumbnails of own uploaded videos are just appearing as white boxes

    Video Thumbnails of own uploaded videos are just appearing as white boxes.
    How can I resolve this so that the thumbnails are appearing as a preview of the videos?

    Hello,

    Upload image with video, that image will display in preview of videos.

    It will resolve your issue.
