    Hello,

If you did custom changes in code then it will be loose, if you use only Custom CSS to customisation then your custom CSS will not loose.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi Yogesh,
    Thanks for your response.
The changes I want to retain were made in the Appearance=> Editor=>edit themes=> front-page.pho section.
I had an additional two rows of three feature boxes added.
If I were to do the following steps would it work.
    1. Copy the code from front-page.php to a text pad
    2. Upgrade wordpress and the Themia theme
    3. Paste the code to the new front-page.php section

    Regards
    Doug

    Hello,

Yes, this is the right steps to keep your customization after theme update.
Make a copy of front-page.php file which has customization.

    It will resolve your issue.

    Thanks & Regards
