Updating Theme Options Not Working

I've been trying to change settings in the Theme Options (Slider pictures and links, Top info bar links, etc) and every time I click "Save All Changes" instead of saving the changes, it redirects me to the manage themes page and makes no changes. I checked for updates and it said I have the latest theme. What can I do to fix this so I can finish building my site?

 

We have checked the theme and this problem is not occuring in our theme.

Same here. I see the updates on Appearance/Customize but once I go to my website....nothing changed. My webiste Glamcolor.com I just send an email to your customer support!
