Update problems

I have just updated from 2.7 to 3.2.3 and a strange textual menu appears over the real menu.
I need to remove it.
How can I remove it from the page?

We are not found such issue on your site, you can see the screenshot given below for the reference.

the problem is not solved, as the menu appears if you use Explorer 10 or Google Chrome.
The menu does not appear only using Firefox.
So, please, tell me what I have to do in order to remove this doubled menu (e.g. remove / add some code).
This is a urgent issue, as some client have contacted me about the issue.

We have checked your website in different browsers and it is working fine, I think it is a cache issue, So please check your website in another browser and clear your system cache.This will solve your issue.

I deleted completely MS Explorer chache, cookies and temporary files and restarted the browser.
Unfortunately, the menu is still there.
I have the latest version of MS Explorer on Windows 8 Pro 64bit. Please find in the screenshot attached the exact version number.
Hope this can help to find a solution to this compatibility issue

 

Dear Support,
I pressed F12 in MS Explorer and changed the browser modality to Internet Explorer 9.
Then, I set again Internet Explorer 10.
Following this procedure the menu finally disappeared.
