Unable to authenticate api

I keep receiving this error wh n trying to search envato market place:

Please authenticate with Envato api credential before search

I've registered the app and in the app dashboard it says it's connected.

I click on "Click here to authorize the App" and all seems to go well.

But the when I try and search the envato market place I get an error.

It seems you missed something to configure your API,

You are suggested to reconnect and reconfigure the Envato app in your site.

Hi Priya,

I've got the api to authenticate. However the post pages are not being created. If I change the home page setting to product the posts show up on the home page but when you click on the see product link the page is not found.

It seems that you have not set the permalinks correctly...

Go to Settings=>Permalinks of your dashboard and set the permalink available.

It will resolve your issue.
