Translate the "Pages Navigation Menu" at mobile phones

how can I translate or change the "Pages Navigation Menu" shown at mobile phones?

Go to header.php present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below



This will solve your issue.

 

Is it posible to add a class code and to make the change in the custom.css?
I have a multisite with diffrent languages and it would be the better way to solve this issue, if possible.

Your issue has been resolved.
Go to the Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings panel and enter your text in the Page Navigation menu section. This will display your Page Navigation menu text in the mobile view.
