Hello, What is the function of this small menu? Nothing happens when I click on it when using regular laptop screen; is this something that should only appear when using mobile? if so, how do i do that?

Hello, Greetings from InkThemes, That will only appear on mobile devices, it will not display on the laptop screen. This is because you haven't checked the Sub Page Menu option while creating or editing the menu. Please have a look at the attached screenshot. Do let me know if you need further assistance.
