Theme not loading after uploading 'seniorhomepro' to server

After installing the theme and I attempt to activate it, my whole site shuts down. I bought the seniorhomepro theme and I get the 'readme' and description showing as 'BizWay'. I need proper documentation for this theme including how to use the json and xml files packaged with it. I bought this theme because of the seniorhomepro and I expect it to work as advertised. When I click to activate the the theme, I get an error. Could someone look at this?
