Subtitle on Home Blog section images

On the Home blog section under the main slider, how do I limit the subtitle or the tagline to just a word or two (i.e. position/classification) as I used it for staff members pages. Right now it's showing more than a sentence from the respective posts. [www.pricechiropractic.org]

For the 2nd gray text box, I want it to show just the Staff position i.e. Chiropractor or Accounting. Thanks

 

Hello,

To limit subtitle or tagline use Excerpt functionality of wordpress.
Write only positions in Excerpt that will display in home page, in place of all description that is written in subtitle or tagline.
Use Excerpt as shown below in screenshot.





This will resolve your issue.
