Submit button on Contact Form not showing up. Also want to have the user upload a picture in form.

Question 1: Missing 'Submit' button on Contact form.

Why is the submit button not there?

Question 2: I also want to add a few more fields to the form, change the wording, and have the ability to have a user upload an image from their computer. Is that possible?

1.For your first issue
We have checked your website and there is no problem with the submit button in the site. Please check your website again after clearing cache and also check your site at any other browser.

2.For your second issue
Download Contact Form 7 plugin from WordPress.org

I have resolved both issues shortly after I posted... Sorry about that.

1 - There WAS a problem with these buttons, but I was able to figure out how to remove them.
2 - The submit button WASN'T there because the actual submit.jpg file was corrupted when I tried to open it off my server. I replaced that image with the one from D'zonia Lite version, and it fixed the problem.
