Styling option- how do you change theme colour?

There are a number of colour options under styling in other themes, need to change to blue, help needed please

In SmartBooking theme this time we implemented the WordPress's default customizer to customize color options. It's a visual editor. With customizer you have unlimited color options that comes with a cool visual editor which helps you to decide which color best fit your site. You can also change fonts family, font size, font color etc.
Just go to Customize option found under Dashboard > Appearance.
