Startpoint Theme Can Not Be Downloaded

    When i want to download theme, a message appears
    You have no access to Protected Content [file-263]. Visit order page to order additional subscriptions.

    I am getting this message as well. All other themes work.

    I also cannot download StartPoint but I can download other themes.

    I also cannot download StartPoint theme only but I can download other themes and StartPoint PSD files.
