Slider been LOCK / Block from sliding down to other area in tab 10.1 sumsung

Slider been LOCK / Block from sliding down to other area in tab 10.1 sumsung......

in laptop that is allright .... that we may scroll down from the slider to other area at home page without need to click the menu......

but in tab ...... when in slider.... it is lock...... we need to click the menu to select area.........

may help....... i hope it may slide down easily from slider to other area in tab by hand.......

Try operate on homepage.....

a) on a loptop - can use mouse to scroll down from slider to maps
b) on a tab - Cannot use finger/hand to scroll down from slider, only can by side menu..... no user friendly on tab or mobile device

1) with Google Chrome app in TAB cannot...... with Internet App can -using finger -samsung tab 10.1

2) with Google Chrome in LAPTOP also cannot...... with Internet explorer also cannot - touchscreen using finger -window 8

We have checked it from multiple device and not find this.
For this we have an option use menu button at top left hand corner.
Unfortunately there is no other option for this.

I had reconfirm again...... with Samsung, Sony and Asus Smart phone or tab........ all having the same situation with Google Chrome......

CANNOT control homepage's SLIDER UP & DOWN Only CAN move LEFT and RIGHT

if i not use GOOGLE CHROME but use the SAMSUNG build in Internet App

the result is: CANNOT move LEFT and RIGHT (but use the ARROW NAV at centre CAN), Can move UP and Down

here i attached some screen capture from samsung note 10.1 for your refence........i had tried more than 4 device with different client.....same situation.....
Because too many user is using GOOGLE CHROME....... so quite important..... thank you.....
