Site not working?!

I have a site with this theme that was up and running fine until last week.
For some reason I get to the home page which looks as it has always looked, but when clicking on any menu link or anything on the home page I am being directed back to the home page instead of to the page I am trying to get too.
Again, last week we did not have this issue, and no one has touched anything on the site or changed anything to it.
PLEASE ADVISE ASAP

Download a fresh copy of latest theme from members area and upload it to your website.
That will resolve your issue.

Will i lose all the information that I already have on the site?

 

i have uploaded the latest theme and now the site is completly not good at all. It's completly messed up.
Please go to www.kapayim.org to see what I mean.
Also the links in the menu are still not working.

This issue maybe because of plugin. So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

This has still not helped. I have deleted, deactivated, re activated, re installed and have done everything but it still isn't working. Please advise asap.

We have checked and there is no problem in theme.

This problem is generating from hosting side so please contact your host provider. They will resolve this issue.
