Hello, Image size is the only reason behind all your issues. Images you have uploaded are of dimension nearly (4634 x 3069)px which is too big to crop for front page. These big images restricting whole page to load. Change dimension of all ads images after "Quality Lhasa Apso Puppies for Sale". All will work fine after it.
Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme. But you can leave a "Message" in the Post ad area of user "Do not upload too big images" If you want to do so then, go to Settings > Custom Fields and click on edit option of "Upload Ad image" and enter your message on "Description" text box of your field.
Hi Gourav, I've done that now thanks. The only thing I'm worried about now is people uploading images that are too big despite my message and making the site crash again. Is there nothing you guys can do to ensure images that are too big cannot be uploaded? One other problem that has remained is that the image slider is now not sliding. Anything you can do about that?
Hello, Currently, Adding description is the only solution for image issue. I can't promise you but will try to add some improved functionality regarding this issue. For slider: I have checked your dashboard again and found that you have selected 10 ads for home page slider. That's why slider is not working. I have added four more ads for home page slider and now slider is working fine. Please check your site.
Thanks very much for all your help, it's much appreciated. I would be very grateful if you could do something with regard to image uploads. People continue to upload images that are too big and it just keeps causing the same problem.

This problem has still not been solved. I can't stop people uploading images that are too big and these are causing the site to malfunction. I desperately need this sorting ASAP. thanks
