SalesJunction - Some categories displaying nothing

Hi,
I've successfully added all my products to the various categories and selected on the category section which categories I want to display. The problem is some of the categories are displaying nothing when I click on them ? I've checked the category pages and all the products show up when I do it this way - However I need to get it functioning on the homepage. I need to get this working asap.
