replace testimonials with text block

I have previously replaced the testimonials sections with text block eg at http://udoshealthproducts.com.au/

I have a new site at http://florahealthproducts.com.au/ (access pw = Shona)I would like to do the same here

can you let me know how to do it please (I cant seem to find where I put the text in the previous site I did)

 

it ok - I worked it out

it needed to be added to the "Home Page Sidebar Feature Widget"
