Removing Home Page Bottom Feature, but keep Bottom Tagline Feature

I'd like to keep a clean, simple layout on my homepage. In the Home Page Bottom Feature, I'd like to remove the blog section, as well as the home page testimonial feature. HOWEVER, I'd like to keep the Home Page Bottom Tagline Feature. Any ideas?
