Remove Comments from Bottom

I re-installed the nonresponsive theme and now I can't remove the comments. I tried the code you sent to a previous person and it didn't work for me. Please help! Thanks --> www.979theagency.com

 

Also, when I look at my site on my phone, the video player says it's not supported...and the view of the site is very large, it does not fit the browser. Thanks

Please download the attached copy of header.php and replace it with your current header.php

This will solve your issue.
