redirect at login

I am looking to see how to redirect my users to their Dashboard after a sucessfull login.

I have seen other themes in this form use the themefunctions.php, however I am not seeing where I would edit this.

Please help

 

currently I am using a plugin called 'Peter's Login Direct' which works great to select what URL is directed to for all of my users. This would be a great enhancement for this theme

Thanks for your suggestion and would like to inform you that - As per our theme's functionality...all users will be redirected to the homepage after successful login...If you are looking forward to change the functionality then, you can do it at your end..
