Is there a way (or a plug in) to display products on a page. I don't want to sell products, I just need to be able to have a photo and descriptions with it. Is there something you recommend?

No, I need something more like an ecommerce product display but with the option to not sell the product. I need to be able to add and remove products with great ease. This is an example of a competitors site and I need to be able to make mine look like this. (http://stingerchemicals.com/degreasers.html) Is there a plug in you can recommend? Or a blog post about how to make your own plug in? Or is there a way to use an ecommerce but remove the option to buy? Any help you can provide, I would greatly appreciate it.
