Problem: can't upload media to post with Themia

    I have Themia installed on two identical sites, one with Spanish text, the other with English.

    The English site works fine. On the Spanish, I cannot upload media to a post. I click on Add Media and there is no response. Nothing happens.

    Can you tell me how to fix this please.

    Hello,

    It seems like you are using the older version of the theme, for once try to upgrade the theme.

    Thank you for your reply, Akbar. Since the problem occurs on only one of two identical sites I doubt the cause is the theme version. Both site use the same version.

    However, I took your advice and loaded the latest version of the theme. It totally screwed up the site. It looked nothing like the original Even the Themia logo was prominently showing, not the website content. I immediately reloaded the older version of the theme and it seems to have returned to the original website.

    The sites are very complex and I don't want to have to rebuild them. I don't trust the updated version of the theme at all after how it changed the site completely.

    I've always found your support first rate and I hope you can offer another solution. I'll repeat, there are two identical websites and the problems occur on only one of them. On my clients computer but not on mine. Both are Mac computers. Do you have any idea why this is happening? My client is getting very frustrated and I need answers for him.
