I have a site using Traffica v1.1.6 with a modest number of posts. I was remiss in not testing the Archive widget and now find it fails. That is when I select a month that has posts it displays nothing and sends me to the site homepage. The category archive widget performs correctly.

Any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

    Priya,

It is nice to correspond with you again.

On my Traffica website I have put two Archive widgets on the New (Blog) page; one lists the posts for a selected category, the other list posts for the selected Month/Year. Both came with the WordPress theme and have not been modified by me.

The category widgets operates correctly. It shows the number of posts for each category. When selected, it displays a page of the posts for the selected category.

The month/year widget does not operate correctly. It does show the number of posts for each month/year. But when a month/year is selected, instead of displaying the posts, it brings up the homepage. It does this for each month/year displayed and does it repeatedly.

I hope this clarifies my problem.
I look forward to any help you can provide in solving it.

    Priya,

My apologies. Upon further research I found that a setting in Yoast SEO turned off the date archives.

    Thank you.
