Place a web button between testimonial area and footer

Hi Guys ,

I would like to place a web button ( to order tickets) between the testimonial area and the footer .

the URL is : www.northsydneyyouthsymphony.org

Also what is the best way to change the footer widgets below.

For Button you have to follow some steps.
Step-1:Add given code in front-page.php file follow below image.

For footer widget you have add your own content from Widget section bu just drag and drop follow below image..
