PayPal payment going through but no user login created or sent, and .avi video showing as hyperlink

Hi,

I've added protected content, but when I test a purchase, the payment goes through but doesn't give me an email with my login details, or create a new user in the backend.

How does someone login to access content after they've paid?

Also, I've tried to upload a video file (.avi), but it shows up as a hyperlink. I don't want the subscriber to click a link to download, I want them to click 'play' to watch the video. How do I do this?

The theme available on member area work perfectly. We have checked them many times.
Use embedded code for videos.

Hi Pramod,

Before or after payment of a product, shouldn't the user be taken to a registration page where they register with a username and password. Then every time they return to the site they can login to access the content they have paid for. That's how I expect it would work, however, on my site it does not seem to work like this:

when I purchase the content in Ep 3. Hip Pain, I am taken to paypal. Payment is successful. I'm then directed back to the site but I don't have login details or access to the content. Can you take a look at this for me? I can private email you WP login details if you tell me your address.
