Paragraph Issues

Lately we have been having troubles with paragraphs on some of the pages. They aren't formatting properly. For example; if you go to http://cyndistrid.com/red-chair-project/ you will see a bunch of text with no clear paragraphs. On the backend of this page, under visual, it shows 9 paragraphs. When you go to text, it shows no <p> </p>.

This has happened to a couple of pages recently and I don't know why. I even went in and added <p> </p> to every paragraph manually and it didn't last long before it went back to having issues. All plugins are up to date.

I really need to get this fixed for my client asap. Also, can you recommend a plugin for adding <p> </p> and other basic coding, so I don't have to add <p> </p> manually if this happens again in the future.

Can you go to any of her pages? All of her pages with paragraphs are having issues. The <p> </p> codes disappear. Even when I add them back in, eventually they are gone.
