NEED 4 Price Columns instead of 3 & Images are distorted

Hello,

I need to add a 4th price column for a client and not quite sure the right code to change. Can you let me know asap. This is the last thing that is holding up this site. I pay the monthly plan and use nearly all the themes however Ive just now gotten around to using this one.

Additionally the slider images are crystal clear before upload and they are at the right image size however they are slightly blurry and distorted and this is a bad thing. Please advise ASAP how to resolve. Never had this issues with the other themes. Thanks

There are only three pricing tables come with built in, if you want an extra then, there would be some source code customization needed.
