Mobile Page Navigation Menu Problem

Our "Pages Navigation Menu" isn't opening in mobile view on any browser I've tested. I've tried disabling plugins and I can't pinpoint which one is causing the issue. I'm not sure if the menu isn't opening at all, or if it's opening behind other content. Could someone please help me address this?

You may go through the changelog file provided in our theme.

If you haven't customized your theme's source code then, you are requested to download a fresh copy of latest version of this theme from the members area and upload it to your website.

Here are the steps involved in doing so:

Download the Infoway Pro theme by logging in your members account:

Next, you have to upload the theme in your WordPress from Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New,

Then, activate your theme,
