Missing CSS sheet; unable to install/upload to Wordpress

Please help. I am getting this error message. I already tried installing the same file twice over.

Hello !

Firstly extract the complete zip file and search the another zip file with theme name.
If found install that zip file.
It will resolve your issue.

The dimensions of the logo will be good around 200px X 300px.
